We stand by the quality of our products. Most Hiplok security products come with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects, provided you register your lock on our website within 30 days of purchase.
Can I get a replacement key if I lose mine?
Yes, if you have registered your unique key code with us via our Key Registration service, we can provide replacement keys for most of our high-security locks.
How long does shipping take for my order?
